Delivery Information

Purchase Acceptance:

Your purchase order is accepted by us when we notify you of the acceptance in writing (either by email or a mobile phone call). If we are unable to accept your purchase order, we will inform you in writing or through a phone call, and the product value will not be deducted from your account.

Shipment processing times :

All Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via phone number.

Delivery Delay:

If our product delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you. We will take steps to minimize the consequences of the delivery delay.

Warranty:

We provide a twelve (12) months warranty for some purchased products or as per the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not apply to any cases other than defects in materials, design, or manufacturing. The warranty is limited to repairing the defective product, replacing the defective part, or replacing the product (at the discretion of the product seller). Please note that the warranty does not cover all products.
